Key Details and Dates:
- App Availability: The app—designed in collaboration with Bank of New York Mellon and Robinhood—is now live for account activation by enrolled families.
- Federal Seed Money: Eligible U.S. citizens born between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2028, will receive a $1,000 government contribution, which will start rolling into accounts on July 4, 2026.
- Investments: At launch, an S&P 500 exchange-traded fund serves as the default investment option.
- Enrollment: Any U.S. child under 18 with a valid Social Security number is eligible. Families who have not yet enrolled can register through TrumpAccounts.gov.
